Background
中国大学生服务外包创新创业大赛（以下简称“服创大赛”）是服务外包领域唯一的创新、创业国家级赛事。自 2010 年至今已成功举办十六届，现即将举办第十七届大赛。本届大赛分为 A、B、C、D 四大类(A 类:企业命题类;B 类: 创业实践类;C 类:创响无锡类;D 类:人工智能专项赛类暨《2026 腾讯开悟人工智能全球公开赛》)展开竞赛。
2026 腾讯开悟人工智能全球公开赛作为第十七届服创大赛人工智能专项赛，依托腾讯开悟AI开放研究平台(简称“腾讯开悟平台”)举行，集科研资源、专业培训、创新赛制、产业需求于一体，旨在“以赛促学”助力全球高校人工智能专业人才培养，建立产学研合作新生态，推动人工智能研究的发展。
本届赛事聚焦场景真实需求，依托腾讯开悟AI开放研究平台领先技术底座，旨在助力世界科技青年学子间的智竞交流，为人工智能解决真实场景问题提供前瞻性样本。

This track is open only to full-time associate degree and undergraduate students enrolled in higher education institutions worldwide.
Teams participating in this track are required to train their own models to complete challenges within a virtual scenario. The focus is on evaluating foundational decision-making AI development skills, solutions for both single-agent and multi-agent systems, model architecture design, as well as exploring reinforcement learning algorithm design and training methods.

本赛道要求基于腾讯开悟平台，训练无人机的自主飞行控制、轨迹追踪策略，最终完成仿真训练策略的迁移部署，在真实场景中实现包括飞行控制、轨迹追踪在内的完整飞行任务。
E-sports Multimodal Content Creation

本赛道要求选手深入理解“电竞IP”在不同场景下的应用需求，聚焦“赛事精神传递”、“电竞文旅”、“选手羁绊”等方向，运用腾讯AI产品（包括但不限于CodeBuddy、腾讯元器、腾讯元宝等），完成多模态内容创意策划与制作。
鼓励将电竞IP元素与城市文旅、潮流文化等深度融合，探索高质量、场景化的电竞+AI新内容、新体验。

Legal AI Application Innovation and Practice

This track is open to full-time associate degree, undergraduate, and postgraduate (master's/PhD) students enrolled in higher education institutions worldwide, primarily targeting students interested in the application of reinforcement learning in quadruped robot motion control scenarios.
This track is jointly customized by Tencent AI Arena Platform and Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. Teams are required to train their own quadruped robot motion control models to complete tasks in virtual complex environments. The focus is on developing single-agent reinforcement learning algorithms, designing reward functions, and embodied intelligent motion control.
参赛者可以在以下方向进行创新并完成设计开发：
1、智能体开发：基于法律专业场景，开发具备法律咨询、案件分析、合规审查等能力的专业智能体，要求能够理解法律术语、推理法律逻辑、提供专业建议。
2、工具应用开发：针对法律工作流程中的具体环节，开发提升效率的智能化工具，如法律文书自动生成、案例智能检索、合同条款审查、证据材料分析等实用工具。
3、系统解决方案：构建面向特定法律场景的完整系统解决方案，如智能法律援助平台、企业合规管理系统、司法辅助决策系统等综合性应用。
以上仅列举出部分法律、法务相关场景，参赛者可自行考虑其他法律、法务相关场景并进行设计开发。
